My mother lives there and I’m trying to move there and the whole staff is very helpful with working with my mom and I, the property is beautiful, the apartments are just as beautiful.

Nice place to live I have never had any roaches or just water bugs but now none. My request for services are always met promptly and rent prices are high everywhere

By far the best way to increase your debt. Biggest cash grab of a complex I ever seen. Along with the extreme rent, they tack on a lot of fees upfront and every month. So much so that I had to dig into my grandma’s jewelry box just to afford the admin fee & deposit. Signing a lease smaller than a year will certainly tack on an extra 300/month. Had a 10 minute talk with maintenance just to find out they don’t get paid enough so that’s why they barely help, so where is all our rent money going? They absolutely gave me a DIFFICULT time trying to move out. They required a 60 days notice for attempting a vacate. The moment I told them I was moving out, they cancelled my lease & put me on a month-to-month lease that costs $2,700/month, along with putting an eviction notice on my door saying I owed them 1,200, even though I paid a full months rent on the first. Do not bother looking at the pictures or doing a tour, they make sure the lounge and the “tour unit” is cleaned daily. But your unit will be the bottom of the barrel. Even the renovated ones have problems based on my experience.

First off, Britney is heaven sent. From day one, she has been super helpful and welcoming. She even gave me a welcome basket full of home essentials! Additionally, she helped me and my family move into the unit we wanted, stress-free. Although there were some maintenance issues upon move-in, Britney submitted requests and the issues were resolved quickly! I recommend talking to Britney if you want to move here. As for our new home, the apartment is beautiful and everything we need. My family and I are very happy!

I worked with Britney… she has made the move in process so easy where some places it would be so difficult!!! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable!!! Even after moving in, if there’s anything I need she works diligently to make sure it’s done!!! I love my place even more because she’s working here!!!

Brittany is AMAZING! She made the process easy. She made sure I understand each step of the process and was available to me on her day off. Now who wants to work in their day off!? There was never a moment I felt she didn’t care. I am sure I am going to love living here. Thank you Brittany you are AMAZING.😊
